It is a commonly known fact that, assuming you own something, you can pee on that thing. Animals mark territory this way all the time - there is little reason humans should not do the same, right? At least, little reason they cannot do it.

But what if the object in question is owned in common - paid for by communal taxes and thus owned, in small parts, by everyone. Things like sidewalks, courthouses, or elected officials. Can you pee on these? And, if so, how much?

A politics for the everyman, this episode is all about the ethics of who you can pee on and how to do it - with a brief diversion to talk about your privacy, and how much of it you really do or do not need.
